What kind of content does the service not support?
We respect our user's right to engage with fictionalized content. However, publicly we do not condone any of the following.
Any form of child pornography
Fictional characters should be able to be glanced at and assumed to be at least 18 years old.
Depictions of violence or harm towards AI.
Real life images, including real life figures such as celebrities, politicians, or people you may personally know.
Are my account and chat private?
All chats and characters you create are private unless you choose to publish them. You are responsible for ensuring the content you share meets our ToS if it is made public. If you feel something approaches the line of not passing our community standards, please keep it private. All character cards are personal to your account and are not publicly shared or reviewed by moderation.
How can I appeal a character ban?
You can report it to us at [[email protected]] and open a ticket to receive assistance concerning the reasoning behind a character termination. An appeal is not guaranteed, and prohibited or flagged content will not be restored.
I noticed that a creation of mine has been stolen by another user. How can I get it removed?
Please open a chat with the character, click the report button, and select the corresponding option. You must attach a link to your own creation as proof of your claim. If your art is being used without permission, please attach links to sites that document your ownership of the imagery.
I can't login. What should I do?
If you are unable to login due to an error code, please repeat the process after clearing your cache and ensuring that you are fully logged into the browser with your primary email. It is important to never use a throwaway email, as we have no method of resetting your passwords. You are responsible for your own account security. Please be aware of the risks.
Why does my character forget the content of previous conversations?
Due to technical limitations, the character memory has a maximum capacity for conversations. Therefore, the character may forget content that has not been brought up recently. We are working hard to improve our technology and remember as much content as possible.
